Bharat Mittal, DO, MBA
Raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Bharat Mittal graduated with honors in biology from Texas A&M University and went on to graduate medical school from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at The University of North Texas Health and Science Center. From there, Dr. Mittal completed his residency in family medicine at Oklahoma State University and then earned his board certification. He then went on to earn his master of business administration degree (MBA) in healthcare management from University of Texas at Tyler. Dr. Mittal currently serves as supervising physician at Back Pain & Sciatica Center of Texas and medical director of an emergency room in the Houston suburbs.
When not working, Dr. Mittal enjoys spending time with his wife and takes pride in his role as father to their two handsome boys. He also enjoys partaking in anything sports-related, but is an especially avid player of tennis and basketball.
Sara Martin NP-C
Sara Martin is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to that, she received her Bachelors of Science in exercise physiology at Brigham Young University in 2007 as well as a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Utah in 2010. Before joining Elite Physical Medicine, she worked over 5 years in direct patient care specialties in critical care and trauma. Sara is passionate about continual learning as well as improving her skills and knowledge because she believes in providing the highest quality of care through compassion and excellence.
Outside of work, Sara lives in Dallas with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with family and her dog, Biscuit.
Dr. Jacob Stutz, DC, MS, ICCSP
Dr. Stutz graduated with honors from Logan University, with a bachelor’s in Life Sciences, a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, and Doctorate of Chiropractic. While at Logan, Dr. Stutz was accepted into the Biofreeze Human Performance Center, a clinic that specializes in sport specific injuries and rehabilitation, and where he received the distinguished “Achievement Award” which is given to the most outstanding Senior Intern. On several occasions, Dr. Stutz has been chosen to serve on medical staffs overseas to treat athletes of every level of competition.
Before Chiropractic School, Dr. Stutz earned his first bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology from BYU-Idaho, where he met his wife Pierina. They have 4 sons together.
Dr. Stutz understands the frustrations with the American healthcare maze. Each patient is a special project for him, and you’ll quickly feel he is personally vested in your well-being.
